Help, somebody please tell me if we can get Obama to travel on Waterloo Road in Arouca. The Tunapuna Corporation dug up the road last year and left trenches all over the place.If Obama could pass here on his way to where ever maybe we can get the road paved. We are obviously not important enough to warrant smooth roads so calling Obama....
